Public website

The current pilot has no account registration, newsletter subscription, analytics script or lead-collection form. Standard infrastructure/server logs may still be processed by the hosting provider for security and delivery.

Checker lookups

If you use the property checker, your supplied postcode is sent from your browser to the public Postcodes.io service. The resulting approximate coordinate is sent from your browser to Planning Data. These services have their own handling policies. HMO Intelligence does not store your postcode, result or screening answers in a database in this pilot.

Following council, government or management-service links takes you to another website with its own policies. For management enquiries, the linked HMO Management Company handles contact data under its separate notices.

Research project identity

HMO Intelligence is an independent research product being developed within the HMO Management Company / Pearl Lemon brand ecosystem. The final legal operating entity and formal controller documentation must be confirmed before collecting personal enquiries, creating accounts or offering paid subscriptions.
